| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of housing in the experimental units is merely broad-based one. Compared to the standardized housing behavior in its narrow sense we have a long way to go. In the units with better economic returns is easy to carry out such a housing reform. But it is not true of the units with bad economic returns. So the government should formulate and promulgate guidance policy on housing. In such a reform, the impetus mechanism promoting the adjustment of personal consumption structure should be introduced. In addition, the source of funds for the housing must be made clear and the corresponding financial and tax policies formulated. |
