| Tiivistelmä: | In the development of foreign-funded enterprises, there exist problems in such aspects as establishing projects of introducing foreign investment, the work of asset appraisal, time limit for providing funds, "transfer pricing" at the time of tax payment and the internal business and management. In view of these problems, we should conduct well the feasibility study, have a deep understanding of the credit status of the foreign side, and check funds in time according to regulations. Besides, we should strengthen the management of contracts at the purchasing and marketing links and the internal business and management of enterprises. The registered accountants may be invited to participate in supervision when necessary. |
