| Tiivistelmä: | In 1985, five people, all but one from "alternative" student milieu, set up a business. The object of business they chose was natural landscape gardening; their objective was to realize an ecologically oriented for of business management. The main product was natural swimming pools. Besides rejecting conventional forms of landscape gardening, the new business was characterized by alternative value perceptions -- a nonhierarchical organization based on the principle of equality and self-administration. |
