| Tiivistelmä: | The paper studies a class of general equilibrium economies with imperfectly competitive financial intermediaries and price-taking consumers. Intermediaries optimally choose the securities they issue and the bid-ask spread they charge. An equilibrium concept is developed, and existence is proved. |
