| Tiivistelmä: | This study considers how the economics paradigm should be changed to embrace modern concepts of systems science. It criticises the reductionist approaches in economic rationalism and free market economics, suggesting more holistic approach, based on Prigogine's concepts of dissipative structures, held in a state of tension far from equilibrium, and Simon's concepts of sub optimization. |
