| Tiivistelmä: | The author thinks that there are new breakthroughs in ten aspects in regard to the adjustment and improvement of ownership structure in the report delivered at the 15th National Congress of the CPC. The horizontal structure of ownership is placed into two major categories, i.e.,public ownership and non-public ownership. With sino-foreign joint ventures and sino-foreign cooperative ventures developing, the practice that different economic sectors choose the same form for realizing ownership will increase gradually. The sino-foreign joint ventures may be regarded as both a form for materializing foreign investment economy and a form for materializing Chinese investment economy. The vertical studies of forms for realizing ownership show that many forms for realizing ownership may be chosen for the same one type of ownership. |
