| Tiivistelmä: | The basic train of thought on the development of high sci-tech industrialization is as follows: establish the leading status of large-and medium-sized industrial enterprises in high sci-tech development; increase input in high sci-tech industrialization; establish high sci-tech risk investment fund and develop the intermediate organizations for high sci-tech industrialization, form a contingent of high-level scientists and technicians as well as business and managerial personnel; do well in the planning of high sci-tech industrialization; accelerate the development of high sci-tech industrialization in the provinces and cities with good foundation and conditions with a view to make them take lead in the development of high sci-tech throughout the country. |
