| Tiivistelmä: | The following are responsible for the high rate of unemployment: The effective demand is inadequate, which is the basic reason. China is in the stage of adjustment of market structure and so higher rate of unemployment is merely the "throes" of reform. China's working population is rising continuously, which is the objective reason. To solve the problem of unemployment, we should increase effective domestic demand and investment, and reduce savings and tax revenue on one hand and reform investment system, change the government's function, complete the adjustment of economic structure, establish and perfect social welfare and insurance systems as soon as possible on the other hand. |
