| Tiivistelmä: | China is late in developing overseas enterprises. Developing overseas enterprises and investment is a way to promote the economy for high-level expansion. To do so, we should formulate various encouraging policies according to the actual situation and establish a raw material production base which is rational in location distribution and sufficient in resource guarantee with an aim at using the international resources. At the same time, we should choose the favorable investment environment and projects, which is very important. Enterprises should study the environment of the countries to invest in on the basis of collecting widely related materials and investigations and then see if it is feasible or not. Besides, the full autonomy of overseas enterprises in management and preservation and increase of value of state-owned assets must be guaranted. |
