| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with indirect financing, direct financing has its own characteristics in financing mechanism, financing risk, financing cost and the conductive mechanism of monetary policies. Though direct financing develops fast in China, the financing structure in which indirect financing holds a dominant position won't change in the short term. We should update our views and concentrate on creation in order to coordinate the relation between the two forms of financing. We should strengthen the macro-control over direct financing through economic means, legal means and necessary administrative means so that direct financing will be put on the right track of institutionalization and standardization. |
