| Tiivistelmä: | There're various factors which influence enterprises' fund-raising risks. From the macro-economic point of view, government's financial policy, monetary policy and industry policy all exert indirect influence on fund-raising behaviors. The degree of government's protection and support differ according to different industry policies. Therefore, the costs of fund raising differ and risks vary. From the micro-economic point of view, the liability scale of an enterprise and the due time structure of fund raising determine the risks of fund raising. Moreover, the fluctuation of interest rates and exchange rates on the financial market should also be taken into consideration. |
