| Tiivistelmä: | This paper makes the following suggestions for foreign businesses' entering China's retail trading: formulating as soon as possible laws and regulations on foreign business participating in China's retail and whole sale business in order to make the opening up in retail field rationalized and under the legal system; establishing a unified and effective management organ for opening up; restricting the total number of foreign businesses investing directly in China's retail trading and making structural adjustment. This paper also considers that the domestic retail enterprises should enhance their own competitiveness in the intense competition and must take the development road of grouping. |
