| Tiivistelmä: | Medium-and small-sized enterprises have difficulties in financing. The main reason is the dis harmonious relationship between banks and medium-and small-sized enterprises. The in-depth reason is that they are unable to adapt them selves to their shifted role. And lack of the corresponding policy support role. And lack of the corresponding policy support from the government is another important reason. The ways for overcoming the difficulties are as follows: establishing policy-oriented financing channel and formulating the related policies of supporting medium-and small-sized enterprises; developing industrial investment fund through transformation towards share holding system to innovate in the mode of direct financing; widening indirect financing channel. |
