| Tiivistelmä: | To ensure the sustained economic growth and continuous improvement of people's life, we must take a prudent attitude towards the use of land and the principle of economizing on land resources to strictly forbid waste of land and slow down the reduction of cultivated land resources. To this end, we should manage cultivated land according to law, make a rational distribution of land, strengthen the awareness of "land resources being not substitutive", coordinate the relationship between economic construction and land, activate land market, set scientifically land price and land-selling mode, establish and improve land use system and perfect the system for grain reserves. |
