| Tiivistelmä: | Domestic trade refers to commodity circulation trade like wholesale and retail, and commission agent. It is necessary to open this field. But we need to grasp correctly the extent of opening up with a view to making the benefits brought by opening up far exceed the possible risk resulting from opening up, which can also be controlled effectively. We must adopt the guiding principle of opening up stage by stage and step by step, which both suits China's national situation and tallies with international practices. This paper also raises the following policy suggestions: opening first the material circulation centres with processing and material allocation functions; determining rationally the stock right proportion of foreign investors in foreign-funded enterprises; improving the market access conditions for foreign investors in domestic trade. |
