| Tiivistelmä: | The following internal reasons contribute to the Asian financial crisis: the creation of "bubble" economy, rigid and unbalanced economic structures, the low competitive force and economic returns of enterprises and even the whole economy, banks and financial institutions' low asset quality and weak ability of risk prevention. Facing challenges, the government attempt to start market by multiplier effect in a bid to ensure the economic growth rate of 8%. Besides, it wants to push forward the reform of state-owned enterprises under the condition of depression, reshape the relationship between the government and enterprises, solve various social problems and help enterprises to over come difficulties and take a prudent policy towards financial opening. |
