| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyzes the state of opening to the outside world three times in industry in China and raise the issue of how to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in the course of opening to the outside world. The suggestions it makes are as follows: 1.correctly handling the interactive relationship between opening to the outside world and industrial structure; 2.making high demand on industrial structure and upgrading to realize the coordinated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries and the coordinated development within industries; 3.promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure by improving the quality of opening to the outside world. |
