| Tiivistelmä: | R&D Association may simultaneously has various functions: exploiting and spreading the technology of industrially general character; popularizing profesional techniques; researching with a nature of public welfare into environment health, security, etc; solidifying the supplying channel for industrial basis; developing new products and markets, shortening commercialization process, formulating and pursuing industrial standards. Our country is expected to attach importance to the responsibility of leading and planning the industrially basic science and technology. It is also expected to solve problems of fixing members structure and working direction; of defining specific ways in which the Association would perform R&D; of determining "final products" and "production line"; of funds resource, fiscal management and spreading channel of R&D fruits. |
