| Tiivistelmä: | In 1998, Shenzhen had been keeping on strengthening the implement of various currency, fiscal and administrative policies, at the end of the year, the goal of "ensuring 80%" was realized: that is, the growth of GDP would not be lower than 8% and price rise would be kept under 3%. The actual situation was: GDP has grown by 7.8%, price has fallen by 2.6%, and an exchange rate of RMB has been kept stable. The annual implement of currency policy can be summarized by three words: prudent, relaxed and controlled. The situation 1999 is calculated as follows: various kinds of difficulties must be overcome before realizing the goal of 7% economic growth; the situation is severe of export, which may decrease; price index stops falling and starts rising, appropriate inflation may occur; and new ways may be adopted in macro-economic policy in third and forth season. |
