Tiivistelmä:Human capital investment is a determinant if an enterprise wants to have sustained competitiveness and continue development forever. In view of the problems in the human resource management of enterprises of three forms of ownership in China, this paper raises the following suggestions: actively implementing the strategy of human resources and effectively pursuing the plan for human resources; establishing administration for human resources with a view to realizing the shift from personnel management to human resource management; increasing enterprises' present stock of human capital; establishing and improving the performance-assessing system.
