The escalation of industrial structure by creation is the basis for accelerating industrialization in rural areas. Market development provides broad space for rural industrialization :relatively independent position of market subjects provides intrinsic subjective requirement; relatively rational pattern of market structure provides loose external conditions; relatively complete market system provides opportunities of resource allocation; relatively perfect market order provides evaluation standards for behaviours; relatively standardized market controlling behaviours provide policy backgrounds. |
