| Tiivistelmä: | The question of formulating international multi-investment agreement is time-honored. Although there is no comprehensive multi-investment agreement in the world, in fact, there is a legal framework of international investment, which is composed of domestic law and regulations of each sovereign state, bilateral agreements between countries, regional investment agreement, multilateral relevant agreements, investment agreement by non-government organizations and so on. Considering the fact in developing countries, WTO reaches an Agreement of Investment Measures Related to Trade". OECD's multilateral investment agreement only thinks about the benefits of investors and results in failure. |
