Tiivistelmä: | Nowadays, the basic conditions in the health sector force hospitals to safeguard or - due to raising competition - even increase their performance quality while the upward pressure of costs is growing. The quality, therefore, shouldn't be applied only to the effectivity, but also to the efficiency of performance. Based on these conclusions a three-phase conception for an integrated quality management system, which is founded on the cultural, the structural, and the instrumental level, can be developed. |
