| Tiivistelmä: | In June, 1998, the significant reform in the forming mechanism of price of land crude resulted in the breaking through the closeness in which the price of crude oil had been fixed by the government in a uniform way, and hence began a new time when it was decided by the market, a link with the international trade. The spirit of the reform in June, 1998 is as follows: the price of crude from the producer place to the refining factory at home should be made equal basically to that of similar equality from abroad. This principle applies to the crude oil of qualities of all grades. |
