| Tiivistelmä: | In order to improve truly the rational allocation of resources, China's commerce reform should, through the establishment of large commercial groups which have an important bearing not he exchange relation of the market, foster and get up centre market which can direct the exchange activity of the whole society. At the sometime, a reform on the management system, i.e. from "subject-unit management" to "industry management", should be carried on. |
