| Tiivistelmä: | It is important to create a more just and fair environment for competition by gradually abolishing the policy of preferential tariff. The reform includes the reduction of the difference of nominal and actual tariff and optimization of the tariff structure so as to be beneficial to that of the structure of China's industries. The paper considers it necessary to establish the tariff system with Chinese characteristics, reduce the non-tariff measures among the import obstacles and quickens the process of law-making to protect the enterprises at home. |
