| Tiivistelmä: | The innovation of enterprise system is closely connected with the accumulation of non-economic and social capital. For Chinese individual enterprises, the establishment of the system of modern enterprises can be regarded as a spontaneous change in systems, depending the more on the consciousness of family members. The enhance of this consciousness is based on the broad belief and co-operation among the society's members. To quicken the accumulation of social capital and change the weak forces of social capital is a fundamental guarantee to realize the system innovation of Chinese individual enterprises. |
