| Tiivistelmä: | In 1998, the policies of macro-regulation have scored initial results with the check on the inertial glide of the domestic demand and possible realization of 8% growth of the national economy. China's neighboring situation in 1999 can not be optimistic but the confidence of the micro-economic subjects, under the condition of proper and continuous expansion by macro-regulatory policies, shall be recovered to a certain degree. As a result, the economic growth shall possibly reach the target a little higher in this year than in 1998. The paper proposes the dual structure of the financial system should be adjusted, the credit environment for the middle-small enterprises be improved, the infrastructure facilities be opened to the non-state section and the consumer credit actively developed. |
