Since the tendency of expanding investment and the nature of economy recovery have been shown obviously, monetary and financial policies should be applied prudently. A t the same time, we should pay attention to the negative impacts of policies on expanding gross demand. In addition, coordinate demand-supply relationship, and promote the expansion of resident consumption demand. In the next 3 to 5 years, keep high investment rate, and increase the proportion of heavy chemical industry. After the next 3 to 5 years, make the consumption rate rise again and consumable goods industry re-expand. |
