| Tiivistelmä: | Now it is proper time to increase resident income, especially that of the low-income residents and senior personnel. Some new policies should be drafted: to raise resident wages so as to expand consumption; to increase farmers' income and reduce their burden: to raise the subsidy of laid-off personnel and expand the scope of unemployment pension; to establish some special posts for the low-income residents to raise their income; to establish initial venture capital to help capable individuals and small enterprises to achieve success. To levy a tax on high-income residents, establish estate tax, interest rate tax and other new items of taxation. |
