| Tiivistelmä: | At the earlier stage high-tech industries have the characteristic of high risk and long investment-term, but once succeed, they will get huge profit. The risk investment funds meet the requirements of the high-tech industries at the earlier stage. At the development stage of industrialization, the off-the-board market (also called second market) is their financial home, which provides a necessary route of retreat for the risk investment funds and also provides a financing place for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises by right offering, therefore promoting the industrialization of high-tech enterprises by playing an exemplary role. |
