| Tiivistelmä: | If the domestic demand expansion does not start from and focus on the increase of resident income, a very good result will not be achieved. And that is why the effects of the former measures adopted for the domestic demand expansion were not very ideal. Therefore, the policies to expand domestic demand should stress on "making up the deficiency". We should increase the wages of the salaried workers---a royal way to activate consumption, amplify the degree of the struggle against corruption, perfect the social security and taxation system and make efforts to increase farmers' income and alleviate their burdens. The policies should slant towards the medium and low income residents. |
