| Tiivistelmä: | In the short term, we should continue to issue some government bonds but simultaneously start to adjust bonds structures. We can timely issue certain amount of short-term bonds and implement open market operations based on them. We should also strive to open up the money supply channels for the capital market. In the middle and long term, we must try to establish and perfect the restricting and incentive mechanisms, increase the loan varieties, provide a market-oriented development policy framework for the small and medium-sized financial organs and create a proper financing channel for the small enterprises and the private & individual economy. |
