| Tiivistelmä: | The current deficit demand, which is short-term, transitional and structural, is due to the low-income standard int he course of reform and development and results from the strong effect of market mechanism when the development to market economy reaches a certain degree. It does not follow that China has extricated itself from scarcity. It is possible that China's economy will keep growing steadily in 2000 but we should carry out comparatively flexible macroeconomic policies, try to make a new breakthrough in the SOE reform, strive to solve the problem of scant demand and at the time pay attention to the improvement of supply. |
