| Tiivistelmä: | Usin data from a representative sample of 37 countries across the globe, the authors find that certain cultural and sociopolitical variables can significantly influence the level of insurance pervasiveness. Specifically, they find that the masculine-feminine dimension of national culture, aggregate income, sociopolitical stability and government regulation have statistically significant effects. |
