Tiivistelmä:The relationships between psychological contract fulfillment and three types of employee behaviour are examined in this research: in-role performance, organizational citizenship behaviour directed at the organization, and organizational citizenship behaviour directed at individuals within the organization. The study uses a sample of 134 supervisor-subordinate dyads and the results suggest that the extent of psychological contract fulfillment is positively related to the performance of all three types of employee behaviour.
