| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the Lambert Code in which proposals for reforms in the university governance are introduced. It is argued that if university governing bodies want to be effective they should not copy their form directly from company boards. It is proposed that instead of a Government backed Code a Guide on Governance should be used. |
