Tiivistelmä:Organizational downsizing is usually disadvantageous and widely used in spite of past financial performance. The prevalence of downsizing leads to the question whether an executive's aptitude for downsizing is related to characteristics such as uncertainty avoidance and risk tolerance, which can be explored at either an individual or societal level.
