| Tiivistelmä: | Managing the knowledge assets of a company is not an easy task even nowadays when there is lots of literature on this subject. Companies dont need additional concepts but more effective directions of how to implement knowledge management practices. The authors have identified three different strategies for effective chief knowledge officers (CKOs) through an empirical study of several different companies. According to the article an effective implementation of knowledge management practices requires (a) connecting the contributions of key organizational actors, (b) encouraging the development of networks of knowledge and (c) supporting the process by providing an inspiring message. |
