| Tiivistelmä: | This paper identifies the approaches that Spanish family firms maintain about social responsibility, based on the model developed by Quazi and O'Brien. Data from 112 Spanish family firms suggests that these organizations are not a homogenous group considering their orientation towards corporate social responsibility. The differences do not appear to be related to biographical characteristics. |
