| Tiivistelmä: | The objective of this article is to depict the initiative set up at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) to examine how knowledge management (KM) principles could offer solutions, while adapting to a world where technology and innovative processes are changing fast. For instance following main items are identified to considered in support of the ESOC KM initiative: need for consistent set of documentation maintained under configuration control and regularly updated to reflect actual status, and need for KM evolution. |
