Tiivistelmä:In this paper the authors show the critical success factors for business tourism destinations. Four case studies are presented where successful UK business tourism destinations are shown through stakeholder interviews. The authors show what have been the critical success factors in these four cases. In addition the authors examine how Cardiff should use its national capital city status to support its business tourism offer. The authors suggest that leadership, networking, branding, skills, ambassadors, infrastructure and bidding are the critical success factors for business tourism destinations.
