| Tiivistelmä: | Some of urban areas consider themselves as knowledge cities (hereafter as KCs) and many cities have made plans how to become a KC. This research paper offers a multi-dimension model for a KCs strategy formulation to support decision-making processes of policy makers. The model consists of five parts where appropriate actions are identified, citys current status as a KC is modeled, the necessity for the actions is assessed, the most appropriate form of action are selected and the proposed actions are prioritized. |
