| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at showing how effective knowledge management (KM) practices in combination with a unique corporate culture have made it possible for the company Sarkuysan to cope with the faced challenges throughout the years, making it an extremely successful company. Based on several interviews with the top managers of the company, it is found that effective KM practices combined with a unique corporate culture can enable companies to instill a lasting KM culture. |
