Tiivistelmä: | The article investigates the profile of a wine tourist. Motivations of tourists to visit a certain destination are assessed, as well as the relationship between the production area of the preferred wine and the destination that the tourist has selected. The findings indicate that the profile of a wine tourist can be divided into two groups, in that way considering the age, income, gender, wine consumption habits, belonging to a wine club and involvement in other activities related to wine. |
