Tiivistelmä:Formerly different bank services (current accounts, credit, investments etc.) were handled by their respective departments. Today, as a result of customer - and market-oriented organizational forms, these services may all be handled by one and the same department. A case study is presented to illustrate some of the most important aspects of current innovation in bank organization. The current situation is described before developing a customer - and market-oriented organizational form.
