| Tiivistelmä: | It is concerned that the steady increase in atypical forms of employment that dispense with contracts normally concluded under ordinary law may threaten the principles that have governed labour relations up to now and give rise to a proliferation of unregulated employment situations that will undermine the traditional system. Of equal concern is the fragile, provisional and precarious nature of atypical forms of employment with all that this implies for the worker. The changes taking place in the traditional model,their causes,the controversies they have created and their repercussions on individual and collective labour relations and social security are analyzed. |
