Tiivistelmä:In this article the author describes how the Swedish Post Office Authority struggled to convert their civil service employees into customer-oriented public service staff. The beginning was slow, but the author now describes the way a survey of employee viewpoints unfolded staff-supervisor dialogue, which led to positive changes and attitudes.
