| Tiivistelmä: | We are making use of the information derived from our survey published as a report in 1987. 144 directors and 41 organizations took part in this survey which aimed specifically at senior people in commerce and industry.We have realized the need of combining formal and informal elements and of incorporating the third element, accidental learning, so much stressed by the directors. D. Kolb's concept of learning cycle and his innovation the idea of Learning Styles can bring about a major breakthrough. |
