| Tiivistelmä: | The prospect for successful direct foregoing investment in China has been enhanced by sustained governmental efforts to legislate market incentives into its command economy. As is true generally for developing countries, domestic governmental and foreign investor goals conflict over such basic issues as expropriation of profit. An overview of China's evolving commercial and legal climate for foreign investment is offered and guidance in reducing China's foreign investment tax incentives to an understandable form is provided. |
